An introductory yoga class that is designed to cultivate balance, strength and flexibility, both on and off your mat. This class blends an invigorating full body flow with meditative and detoxifying poses. By combining breath with movement, we are able to quiet our minds and practice mindfulness. Join us and take a break from all your hard work to invest in self care. Open to all levels.
Bring a mat if you have one and some mats will be provided.
