A catalyst helps get things done faster. It doesn’t do the work for you, but it makes the process more clear and easier. It helps you do more with less, less time in particular.
Catalyst Week is a two weekend workshop that will give you time, space, supplies, and advice on how to specify and achieve your goals. Perhaps you want to start a business or a non-profit, perhaps you want to make something, or perhaps you just want to help other people do great things in the community.
In any case, Catalyst Week will help you utilize your time more effectively and set aside some time to make progress toward your goals. It is ideal for individuals or teams who have a specific idea or business they want to advance. If you’re planning to join an accelerator or you’ve just completed an accelerator, an idea storm, or a hackathon and you want to keep up the momentum, Catalyst Week is for you.
The bulk of Catalyst Week takes place over two weekends. The two weekend format is great for making progress on side-projects, because it includes a week of your normal routine where you can reflect on how to integrate your project into the rest of your day-to-day life.
Specifically the weekends will cover:
- Starting with your purpose and grand strategy
- SMART goal setting
- Focused work sessions
- Expert feedback and mentorship
- Opportunities to meet others who get things done
- Prizes for the best ideas, most progress, and most learning
Catalyst Week does cost money to run, but our fundraising efforts should provide enough that a lack of funding should not stop any team from participating. If you’d like to be involved or learn more,
